In 2018 Giuseppe Librizzi, a 35-year old former industrial engineer, founded Aetnae with the goal of creating a unique gin using Mount Etna’s incredible native herbs.
All the spirits he has created have been released after years of experimentation and research.
This gin has been infused with wild flowers from the slopes of Mount Etna, and you can definitely taste them! It is a floral journey, perfect with some soda or in an aromatic Negroni.
